My name is Helen, owner and operator of Massage Essenz! 

After 31 years of working at Duke Hospital as a medical technologist, I decided to take a more "hands-on" approach to helping people. I integrated my biology degree and medical background to provide beneficial massage therapy to effectively serve my clients. I became a licensed massage therapist in 2010 and started Massage Essenz in 2012. My goal as a therapist is to reduce chronic pain and improve the quality of life for my clients.
